FROM Mt. Pleasant: Take the old Cooper River bridge into Charleston and stay on Hwy. 17 South. You will be on our “Cross-town.” Proceed all the way through town and cross the West Ashley bridge. Get in the left lane. You will pass a round Holiday Inn, a restaurant called Indian Head and a Waffle House. Stay in extreme left lane and it will turn into a “turn” lane as it goes under an overpass. You will come to a light. Proceed straight across. (There will be a concrete products business on the right and a spa on the left.) Take your SECOND left onto Ashley Pointe Drive. After you pass through the light, there will be a gravel parking lot for the marina (that has little wooden “private parking” signs). Turn left into it and park under the trees. We will be at the dock near there or the fuel dock (or as close to it as we can get).

Should you end up in a school yard, you took the THIRD left.

Should you end up at a restaurant called California Dreaming, you went past the marina.
